I've sat in 15,000 sales meetings to prove it. Now I train the teams at Apple, Toyota and IKEA to tell that story — and I build the AI that never forgets how. If your team refuses average, we should talk.

I did not only teach in these rooms; I grew with them. For years I was Toyota Baltic’s outsourced trainer, teaching Toyota’s own processes. For a Mercedes-Benz dealer, I took the factory processes, adapted them to the local market, and put them into operation on the floor. What travels with me between clients is a set of methods, tested at the top level.
Act I The Proof
We do not become better simply by working in sales for many years. We become better by working on ourselves every day while working in sales.
A salesperson becomes a better professional in the moments between the calls and the meetings — reflecting, analysing, improving the performance each time.
I began in sales as an agent for a Swiss pharmaceutical company. In my first week a client put me out the door. “Edgars, please — never, never come to me again,” she said. That was the beginning.
I sold for that company before I ever trained anyone. Then I managed the people who sold. Both rooms I train today, I had to survive in first.
Success depends not only on how many doors you knock on, but on what you learn every time you knock.

meetings, before there was a method.
Act II The Method
The Sales Hero’s Journey builds the buyer: your customer is the hero, you are the mentor, and every stage has its own moves and its own proof. The Deal Line closes the deal: the shortest path between hello and signed. Persuasion Engineering works the sentences themselves. I train all three. A seller with one instrument plays a third of the concert.
Instrument I The Sales Hero's Journey
Map the customer's current reality — in their words, not yours.
Find the trigger. Why change, and why now.
Name the objections out loud before the customer does.
Authority stated once, cleanly. Then earned in every sentence.
The commitment moment — engineered, never begged for.
Proof, references, pilots. Certainty in the product, the company, you.
The decision. Where fear lives — and where trained sellers earn their keep.
The transformation. Which becomes your next reference story.
Instrument II The Deal Line
My straight-line method, evolved from Jordan Belfort’s original and rebuilt on 15,000 meetings. No wandering. Every second of the conversation moves toward one decision.
Instrument III Persuasion Engineering
“, start with the people who resist it.”
One sentence. The decision is assumed; the argument quietly moves to sequence. That is a presupposition — one of the patterns your sellers drill until it stops being a technique and becomes how they speak.
See how the patterns workThe NLP language patterns, collected from the source, rebuilt for the sales room, and tested across 15,000 real meetings. Anyone can learn the patterns. Almost nobody has done that second part.
The Journey builds the buyer. The Line closes the deal. The language does the work in between.
The same three instruments. Two rooms.
In the selling room
Your sellers use them on the customer: opening a cold call, naming the objection before it is raised, engineering the moment a decision becomes possible.
In the manager’s room
You use them on your own team: the one-to-one that changes behaviour instead of recording it, the feedback that lands, the new process adopted rather than resented.
Most sales training teaches the seller and leaves the manager to improvise. That is why it fades by the second month. I train both rooms, because the manager is the one who has to keep it alive after I leave. More than that: I leave behind AI tools that take over where I stop, and keep the team succeeding.
Act III On the Record
Public LinkedIn recommendations, quoted only as written. Nothing invented, nothing rounded up.

“You have to earn the follow-up during the very first meeting” — the one sentence that stayed with me most after four days of training. Some of the phrases we started using with customers the very next day.
28 signed recommendations, public on LinkedIn. Plus 114 public reviews on Facebook — 98% of them recommending. Each claim above appears in the signer's own words.

The Masterminds is my answer to generic AI advice: an expert council that gathers intelligence first — your context, your files, your real goal — and only then selects the frameworks and does the work. The way a great consultant would, at the speed of a machine.

Act V The Lineage
Three Latvian bestsellers
The craft of selling as performance — psychology, language and the moves that turn conversations into decisions.
Clarity as a weapon. How simple structure beats clever complexity — in selling, leading and living.
Stories from inside the boardrooms and showrooms — what really happens when companies learn to sell.
The books are the long form. The daily work is public: around 50,000 people follow it across LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
Certificates don't make anyone a superhero. But each one is another power — and the only question that matters is how they help you reach your customers' goals.
