Instrument III · A named program
Every no you have ever heard was built out of language. So was every yes. This program teaches the build — pattern by pattern, from the certification I earned with Richard Bandler, co-creator of NLP.
§1 The Claim
Persuasion Engineering is the name on my certification from Richard Bandler. It is not a communication workshop. It is the engineering of yes: how language builds certainty, dissolves objections and moves a conversation toward a decision — deliberately, repeatably, on purpose.
The patterns themselves are published; anyone can study them. What took fifteen years was the second part — rebuilding them for the sales room and testing every one across 15,000 real meetings, until what survived was only what works in front of a customer.
Most sellers already use these patterns. By accident. On themselves. In the wrong direction. Trained sellers use them on purpose — for the customer. Trained managers use them on Monday morning, with their own team.
§2 The Patterns, Live
That is the demonstration. Four of the patterns your team will drill until they become reflex:
Presupposition
“ to your team, start with the veterans.”
The sale is assumed. The argument quietly moves to timing and sequence.
Embedded command
“You don’t have to decide today — as you read the proposal, .”
The instruction hides inside the sentence that removed the pressure.
Pacing & leading
“You’ve been burned by trainings that changed nothing. You’re careful now. ”
Two truths the customer already believes buy the right to lead them somewhere new.
Sleight of Mouth
“Too expensive?” —
The objection’s own frame, turned. One sentence, new math.
Modeled from Milton Erickson, the most studied hypnotherapist on record. Artfully vague language that lets the customer supply their own reasons: presuppositions, embedded suggestions, nominalizations. In a sales room, it is the difference between pushing a decision and letting one form. In a manager’s room, it is the difference between an instruction obeyed and a change believed in. We name it, we drill it, we use it in daylight.
§3 The Ethics Clause
You use them for the customer. Never on the customer. The same rule holds for your own team.
If the product does not serve them, the only ethical pattern is: walk away.
The target is a yes the customer still agrees with a year later. Everything else is theft with better vocabulary.
§4 Two Ways In
For teams & managers
Your team, your market, your live deals on the table. Sellers drill the patterns on the conversations they will have next Monday; managers drill them on the one-to-ones that decide whether any of it survives. Delivered inside the Corporate Training engagement.

A mixed room of sellers, managers and founders whose companies have not brought me in yet. Same patterns, same drills, fixed length. Ask for the next date.
Ask for the next dateThe language is what the sentences are made of. The Deal Line is the path they are moving along. Most teams train them together.
Finale One Conversation
