The Platform · What I leave behind

Sales Intelligence Platform.

Your products and your sales method, built into a system your team uses on a Tuesday. Not a course library. An expert sitting beside every seller, before the meeting, during it, and after.

§1 The Claim

Your company already knows how to sell. It just cannot reach the person in the meeting.

Before any of this was possible I wrote around ten corporate sales manuals — the Deal Line tailored to one company at a time, on paper, by hand. Every one of them was thorough and correct. Every one of them ended up in a drawer.

That is the problem. What a company knows about selling exists somewhere — in a manual nobody opens, in the heads of two good sellers, in a training everyone has forgotten. Meanwhile a new hire sits in front of a customer and improvises, and a good seller loses a deal at a stage nobody notices for six weeks.

This closes that gap. It takes what the company knows about its products and what it knows about selling, and makes both available at the moment they are needed instead of twice a year in a training room.

A CRM

records what happened.

Training

teaches what should happen.

This

determines what should happen next.

§2 The Architecture

Two brains. One system.

Every answer the platform gives comes from these two layers working together — and both are built from your material, not from generic sales content scraped off the internet.

Layer one

Product Brain

What we sell.

  • Your products, solutions and configurations
  • The benefit behind each feature — in customer language
  • Which customer each thing actually fits
  • Use cases, cross-sell logic, commercial rules

Layer two

Sales Brain

How we sell.

  • Your sales process, stage by stage
  • The questions that open a real conversation
  • Value building, objection handling, negotiation, closing
  • The follow-up that earns the next meeting

A seller brings a customer, a situation or a conversation. The system does not simply return information — it works out what is actually happening in that deal, what has gone wrong, and says what to do next.

§3 What Is Inside

Two doors into the same system.

Sellers log in to one side, managers to the other. Everything below is built on your material — your scripts, your objections, your products.

The seller’s side

  • The skill library — everything from the training, kept as single moves and as complete scripts
  • Tests that check whether a skill actually landed
  • Role-play with a colleague, inside the structure rather than improvised
  • Role-play against an AI counterpart that pushes back the way a real buyer does
  • Upload a call recording and get it evaluated against your standards
  • Objection training on the objections your market actually raises
  • Paste a customer’s website and get the decision-makers and a full meeting script
  • A proposal generator that fills your own template

The manager’s side

  • Upload the mandatory scripts every seller is expected to follow
  • Activate a book and the system produces working versions of its material for your team
  • Delegate tasks to the whole team or to one person
  • Live feedback as the work is done, not at the end of the quarter
  • A daily summary of who did what, and what it revealed
  • Assign a specific drill — a test, a role-play or an objection set
  • See who is avoiding the drill they need most
  • Review the evaluations of any seller’s recorded calls
  • Coach from evidence rather than from impression

§4 A Worked Example

One customer’s website in. A meeting plan out.

Invented company, invented prospect. This is the part that changes a seller’s Tuesday: paste a link, and the preparation that used to take an afternoon is done before the coffee goes cold.

The seller pastes a link

nordfleet-logistics.example — “Visit on Thursday. I have never spoken to them.”

The system returns

The company, read

What they do, who they serve, how they make money and what they have changed recently — and which of your products that business actually implies.

The decision-makers

The people who will decide, each with a short profile, a LinkedIn link, and how to approach that particular person. The operations director and the finance director do not need the same conversation, and one of them will kill the deal quietly.

A complete script for Thursday

Built on the Deal Line rather than a template: the opening for the first seconds, the questions that surface the real problem, the five criteria to agree, and the offer that follows from them.

The objections you will hear

From your own objection map, with the reframe for each — and the two this type of buyer raises most.

And afterwards

Record the meeting, upload it, and the system evaluates what happened against the same structure it handed you. The manager sees the pattern before the next forecast call.

The seller did not receive information. They received a plan — in their company’s language, built on the method their company trained them in.

§5 The Difference

It adapts to the buyer instead of running every customer through one script.

Most sales tools solve one fragment — a list, a recording, a template. This one connects the sequence a seller actually walks through: who to sell to, what to sell, how to sell it, what to say, what to do next, and how to be better at it tomorrow.

And it watches how the particular buyer in front of you behaves, then adjusts — the pace, the evidence they need, the questions worth asking, the way their organisation makes decisions. A careful technical buyer and an impatient owner are not sold to the same way, and a script cannot tell the difference.

Underneath it sits the same methodology I teach in the room: the Deal Line, discovery questioning, insight-led selling, calibrated negotiation questions, and the handling of the customer who cannot decide. The platform is not a separate idea from the training. It is the training, made available every day.

What it is not.

It is not a CRM and does not replace one — your CRM records the deal, this decides what to do about it. It is not a chatbot bolted onto a website, and it is not sold as a subscription you configure yourself: it is built on your content, installed on your own systems, usually inside a training engagement — which is the only way the two brains end up knowing anything worth knowing. It will also not fix a team that has never been taught the method it runs on. The system is an amplifier. It makes a trained sales floor considerably stronger and an untrained one slightly faster at being wrong.
